TYPOGRAPHY MADE IN HTML (HAHAHA):

The day that ended all of our sufferings! Yesterday, Saturday! I must say, that this week was a really stressful one. Starting from the quizzes, homework and activities every subject. Okay, so let’s go to the main topic. Yesterday on the 1st 25 minutes of our time, we had our 1st quiz, I’m glad that I reviewed because I’m happy of the results :). The remaining time of the hour, we had our defense on the website that we had chosen to redesign. My partner and I, picked Zalora as our website. I was a bit scared that our proposal will not be approved because my classmates tease me that the said site is already beautiful but I did not lose hope because I know that it can be improved. I believed that a beautiful content of a site deserves a wonderful design. And after that, in our lab time, we were asked to turn our typography into a website. After hearing that, I was really shocked and I got really worried. I asked to myself, “what will I do now”?! I did my typog in ps and basically, all the things that I put in my layers are all pictures. It’s a good thing that pixlr is a lifesaver, it’s like a beta version of ps. There are lasso, magic wand and stuff. So what I did, is I divided my original picture and placed the the divided ones into the site. I did not get what I was expecting it to be. It turned out like pieces of pictures just placed into the screen. I had a major problem in putting them all together.  And also, I got the wrong background. I couldn’t find the one that I really used. HAHAHA. But, after that lab activity, I am still happy of the outcome because It’s still my work. There’s still room for improvement 🙂

  1. Reblogged this on iQ. and commented:
Typography and font style are very important factors when it comes to creating different publications. Using the right kind of font style is also very important. Consider the content of a publication before choosing a font. There are all kind of font styles created for numerous reason. Some are purposely hard to read, some are used for children’s publications, some are used for school textbooks, and etc.
